Welcome to my training blog. I've been posting my mileage and thought here as I participate in a marathon training program that started in June and takes me right up to the marathon: through 18 weeks, 435 miles, and countless Calories. Duh-saster.

Yikes. Is all I can say.

My 15-miler was just awful. In retrospect, I'm not sure why I thought jumping in after two weeks of no running was a great idea. I definitely walked more of the run than I care to admit.

Yikes.
