Welcome to my training blog. I've been posting my mileage and thought here as I participate in a marathon training program that started in June and takes me right up to the marathon: through 18 weeks, 435 miles, and countless Calories. New shoes good, old pains bad

Four miles, forty minutes. Still not feeling so hot. Man, it's tough getting back into it after two weeks of no running!

In the positive column, the new kicks run pretty smooth. Very few breaking-in pains. Nice.
