Welcome to my training blog. I've been posting my mileage and thought here as I participate in a marathon training program that started in June and takes me right up to the marathon: through 18 weeks, 435 miles, and countless Calories. If you're still feeling flush after helping me reach my fundraising goal, there are a few things I could use myself for my running. Here's my wishlist.
8.5 miles, 1.24.43. I've been sick for three days and almost didn't go running, but I haven't ran in a week and I was feeling antsy! Glad I went, it was a great run.
